Look for the product label
The white sticker is the product label with its make, model and sometimes a serial number. Depending on the product, it may be on the back, underside, inside a door opening or near the power connection. Some labels are a different color.

Take one close, readable photo of the label. You do not need to share the serial number in a public message. Do not remove a casing or move a heavy appliance just to reach a label.

If the label photo is blurry, try better light and focus. You do not need to copy its make, model or serial number into a form. Choose Analyze photos when the product photos and label are ready; the next screen shows the likely identity with the voice-recording controls.

If the label is missing, choose No white label. An unclear identity stays pending and can use a qualified diagnostic visit. There is no manual make/model step. Contact NADERS if the label cannot be reached safely.
