Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, call as soon as possible at (860) 372-2407. We will try to move the appointment to another available window.

Cancellations

If no dispatch, inspection, special-order part, or repair work has started, deposits may be refunded or moved to a new appointment, depending on the repair status and payment processing details.

If a technician has already been dispatched, inspection has begun, or parts were ordered or authorized for the repair, the deposit may be applied to those costs.

No-show appointments

If the technician cannot access the vacuum, reach the customer, or complete the scheduled visit because the appointment was missed, the deposit may be applied to the reserved appointment or dispatch costs.
