A time choice is not a confirmed booking. Your address and current appointment availability are checked before the time is held. When a repair specialist is not available, we may offer an external diagnostic visit to assess the item and plan the next steps. The visit scope and deposit appear before payment.

An eligible appointment is held for a limited time while you finish checkout. The displayed hold tells you how long it is available. If the hold expires, check availability and choose a time before trying payment again.
