This turbine version has no external bypass slider, so do not search for an air-control repair that is not fitted. Verify the vacuum, hose, and tube deliver enough flow, then clear the fixed inlet, turbine chamber, roller ends, and brush fibers. A free turbine with a still roller points to the enclosed toothed belt or drive gear. If the whole head slows when the neck is turned, inspect the double-swivel passage and seal before replacing the turbine assembly.There is no external bypass slider.
