Use the single rear wheel as a clue when floor contact changes during turns. First verify suction at the bare tube and clear the double-swivel neck and passive channel. If pull is stable but grit remains, inspect the front brush for packed fibers and the rear sealing lip for a curled edge or gap. A tool that leans, chatters, or admits air on one side needs wheel, axle, base alignment, and joint-seal checks rather than powered-head service.Verify bare-tube suction and clear the swivel neck and channel.
