Model issues and repair guidance

For the compact upholstery head, check the fabric surface is not sealing the movable inlet before judging roller speed. Test it off the fabric with known hose suction, clear the rotating neck and turbine chamber, then remove thread from the short roller and end supports. If the turbine whistles but the roller remains still, inspect the enclosed belt and drive gear.
