Model issues and repair guidance
For the heavy commercial floor tool, compare center and edge pickup with the same pipe suction. A clean center with weak edges points to a bowed body, uneven replaceable inserts, or wheel height; weak pickup everywhere points to the neck or wide channel. Install brushes for dry debris and rubber pieces for liquid work, with both sides seated alike.
