Model issues and repair guidance

For the heavy commercial floor tool, compare center and edge pickup with the same pipe suction. A clean center with weak edges points to a bowed body, uneven replaceable inserts, or wheel height; weak pickup everywhere points to the neck or wide channel. Install brushes for dry debris and rubber pieces for liquid work, with both sides seated alike. If pushing becomes difficult, inspect large wheel bearings, axles, strip pressure, and neck angle before changing the vacuum.Compare center and edge pickup at equal pipe suction. Weak edges point to body shape, inserts, or wheel height; whole-width loss points to neck or channel. Match brushes or rubber pieces to the task, and inspect wheels, axles, pressure, and angle for heavy push.
