Across the extra-wide electric head, compare brush action at both ends before assuming total motor failure. With power disconnected, clear fibers from the long roller, inspect end supports, the full inlet, toothed belt, and height parts, then verify supply at the wand connection. If only one edge grooms poorly while the roller turns, inspect roller wear and level setting.
