Model issues and repair guidance
When the wider passive mouth picks up at one end but not the other, test the vacuum at the tube first, then inspect the full internal channel for a partial obstruction. Confirm the fitted dry brushes or wet blades are matched as a pair and sit at equal depth. A tilted insert can admit air at one side and mimic low suction.
