Model issues and repair guidance

Start with the collection chamber, filter stack, tube, and head neck. If direct suction remains, keep a stopped roller in the nozzle path before moving to cordless power tests. Check the top bin's filter seal and tube joint before the roller and rear battery. The crevice tool has no moving drive, so weak pickup through it stays with the accessory or shared airway.Compare direct body suction with the tube and floorhead, then test nozzle drive and cordless power only after cooldown. Inspect the top-bin seal and tube joint first; weak pickup through the passive crevice tool is an accessory or airflow issue, not brush drive.
