Model issues and repair guidance

Test the body inlet, tube, and floorhead as separate sections. Restore airflow first, then isolate brush drive from charging or battery behavior after cooldown. Test the wide stair tool at the hand body with the hinged tube removed. Strong direct pull but weak tool pickup points to that tool or its joint, while weak direct pull returns diagnosis to bin and filter.Restore the bin-to-head air path first, then separate roller trouble from battery, charger, switch, or control trouble. Test the wide stair tool directly at the body; strong direct pull localizes loss to the tool or joint, while weak pull returns to bin and filter.
