Divide weak pickup among the handheld body, tube, and powered nozzle. Clear the bin, filters, and each airway before judging a roller, battery, control, or motor. Flex the reach-tube hinge while checking for an internal restriction, then inspect the floorhead neck and roller. A wall mount stores the unit but is not a charging dock, so charge faults stay with pack and charger.Compare direct body suction with the tube and floorhead, then test nozzle drive and cordless power only after cooldown.
