Model issues and repair guidance

Trace the short air path from the nozzle through the cup, filter, and motor inlet. Remove the tool for a direct-suction test, then cool the unit before comparing charger indication, battery behavior, switch response, and motor. Inspect the inline dust chamber and filter before setting the unit on its charging stand. If charging indication changes with placement, clean and inspect the stand contacts before condemning the internal battery.Compare pickup with the accessory removed; service the short air path first, then separate no-charge from a warm shutdown. Clear chamber and filter, then watch charging indication while reseating the unit; position-related failure points to stand contacts before battery.
