Model issues and repair guidance

Test the body inlet, tube, and floorhead as separate sections. Restore airflow first, then isolate brush drive from charging or battery behavior after cooldown. Remove the horizontal bin and inspect its rear outlet before the tube and main brush. Test the stair tool without the wand; a tool-only loss remains an accessory blockage, not a floorhead failure.Test body, tube, and powered head separately; clear bin, filters, and airway before brush drive, battery, or charger checks. Inspect the horizontal bin outlet and main head, then test the stair tool directly at the body to keep accessory clogs separate from floorhead drive.
