Model issues and repair guidance
Use the three-way handle switch to separate canister suction from electric-nozzle operation before selecting a part. If airflow is low in every mode, inspect bag seating, filters, hose and telescopic wand; if only carpet cleaning fails, inspect wand contacts, brushroll, belt and head protection. Test the automatic cord reel as its own branch rather than treating an incomplete rewind as motor loss.Use the handle switch to split body suction from nozzle power. Global airflow loss leads through bag, filters, hose and wand; carpet-only loss adds contacts, brush and belt. Test the automatic reel separately.
