Model issues and repair guidance

Test suction without the pet tool, at the canister inlet and at the end of the electric wand so an accessory blockage is not mistaken for body failure. Inspect bag, filters, hose and seals before the motorized floorhead; then check its contacts, roller and belt. The automatic reel is mechanically separate from the hose-handle circuit, and each should be tested before assigning an intermittent-power symptom to the motor.Remove the pet tool and compare airflow at body, hose and electric wand.
