Model issues and repair guidance
Use the ECO, MED, or MAX display state to reproduce the complaint, but compare it with a clean mechanical load. Empty the side bin, service the filters, test at the body inlet, then clear the tube, powered head, and roller ends. If every mode cuts out only with the head attached, keep service at the head or contacts. If modes fail with the head removed, compare the correct battery slot, wall-dock adapter, pack seating, switch, and controller.Reproduce the fault in each displayed mode after clearing side bin, filters, body inlet, tube, head, and roller. Cutout only with the head isolates it or its contacts; cutout without it moves to battery slot, adapter, pack, switch, and controller.
