Model issues and repair guidance
A red dirt ring or changing automatic power does not by itself locate the fault. First empty and close the one-touch bin, service the pre-filter and mesh, wipe the sensing inlet as directed, and clear the tube and low nozzle. If the bare hand unit pulls normally, inspect the anti-tangle roller and powered connection. If the unit starts and stops with a clear path, compare charge state, battery temperature, adapter, and contacts before assigning a control-board repair.Do not let a red dirt ring skip the mechanical checks: bin latch, pre-filter, mesh, sensing inlet, tube, nozzle, and roller. Normal hand-unit suction isolates the lower path. Clean-air stopping moves to charge state, temperature, adapter, and contacts.
