Model issues and repair guidance
Use the two powered heads as an isolation test. If carpet pickup is poor but the hard-floor head works on the same tube and hand unit, inspect only the carpet roller, its end supports, airway, and contacts; reverse that logic when the soft head fails. If both heads are weak, move upstream to the tube, small bin, pre-filter, mesh, and body inlet. Trigger-lock behavior is separate from a no-charge fault, which begins at dock seating, adapter, and battery.Compare both powered heads on the same tube and charge. One failing head isolates its roller, airway, ends, or contacts; two failing heads move upstream to tube, bin, filters, and body inlet. Keep trigger-lock and charging checks separate.
