Model issues and repair guidance

When the wide sensor head changes power unexpectedly, first establish whether airflow and roller load are normal. Empty the bin, clean the multi-stage filters, wipe the sensing inlet as directed, and compare hand-unit suction with pickup through the tube and broad floorhead. A green light does not clear the head mechanically. If charging at the freestanding pedestal fails, inspect seating, contacts, adapter, and battery temperature after the airway is open. Before treating changing power as a sensing fault, clear bin, filters, sensing inlet, tube, broad head, and roller. Compare hand-unit suction with floor pickup. Pedestal charging failure then moves to seating, contacts, adapter, and battery temperature.
