Model issues and repair guidance

A display alert that appears only with the wand folded should be separated from one that remains at the detached hand unit. Start with the bin, filters, sensing mouth, and body inlet; then inspect the 180-degree hinge, lower tube, green-light nozzle, roller, and powered joints. If suction remains strong above the hinge, the lower branch stays suspect. Charge or board diagnosis follows only after the air channel and articulated wiring are checked.Compare alerts at the detached body and with the wand folded. Body-level trouble points to bin, filters, sensing mouth, and inlet; lower-only trouble points to hinge, tube, nozzle, roller, or powered joints. Check charging after airflow and hinge wiring.
