Compare each powered head on the same tube, hand unit, battery, and manual power setting; one failing head isolates its roller, airway, ends, or contacts, while both failing move upstream to the bin, pre-filter, mesh, and inlet. If the slider or automatic response remains erratic with clear airflow, clean the sensing path and inspect controls.
