Model issues and repair guidance
On the four-pound body, begin with the small-volume parts that fill first. Empty and close the cyclonic cup, clean the filter and separator, test the bare inlet, then clear the tube and powered nozzle. Normal suction without the tube keeps service at the floor assembly; pulsing at the body keeps it at the cup or filter path. If the no-drill base does not charge, check stable placement, contact alignment, adapter, and battery temperature before internal electronics.Start with the small cup, separator, filter, and bare inlet, then clear tube and powered nozzle. Normal body suction isolates the floor assembly; body pulsing points upstream. Base-charging faults move to placement, contacts, adapter, and battery temperature.
