Model issues and repair guidance

Let the small display identify whether the complaint is charge-related or occurs under cleaning load, but confirm the mechanical path before replacing electronics. Empty the bottom-flap bin, clean and dry the filters, clear the tube, then open the anti-tangle head and roller ends. If the motor runs normally without the head, keep service at the lower assembly. If it remains off with an open airway, check adapter, battery contacts, pack seating, switch, and display response.Use the display to choose charge versus cleaning-load tests, then verify bin, dry filters, tube, anti-tangle head, and roller ends. Normal operation without the head isolates the lower assembly; a dead open-air unit moves to adapter, contacts, pack, and switch.
