Model issues and repair guidance

The floor light shows remaining debris but cannot distinguish airflow loss from a roller problem. Remove the tube and test at the hand unit; normal suction there sends service to the straight tube, nozzle inlet, clear roller chamber, end supports, and powered contacts. Weak suction there sends service to the bin, separator, filters, and seals. A charge complaint follows only after the anti-tangle roller turns freely and the air path is open.Use hand-unit suction, not the floor light, to split the fault. Normal body suction isolates tube, nozzle, roller chamber, ends, or contacts; weak body suction points to bin, separator, filters, and seals. Check charging after roller and airflow service.
