Model issues and repair guidance

Use the three floorhead sensors only after the physical cleaning path is confirmed. Test suction at the black hand unit, then inspect the 0.8-liter bin, separator, filters, tube, wide nozzle duct, roller, and end caps. Healthy suction above the tube keeps the issue at the head even if the display responds normally. A stand that stores but does not charge requires contact alignment, adapter output, pack seating, and battery temperature checked with head drag removed.Confirm the physical path before sensor diagnosis: bin, separator, filters, hand inlet, tube, wide nozzle, roller, and ends. Healthy upstream suction isolates the head. Storage-stand charging faults move to contacts, adapter, pack seating, and temperature.
