Model issues and repair guidance

When cleaning changes between upright and flat reach, test suction on both sides of the folding joint. A loss below the hinge directs repair to the joint airway, lower tube, green-lit head, roller, or powered conductors; loss above it directs repair to the one-liter bin, separator, filters, and hand inlet. A short run with the large bin empty and roller free should then be compared against charger behavior, battery seating, and pack temperature rather than the hinge alone.Test suction above and below the folding joint.
