Model issues and repair guidance

For weak floor cleaning, remove the wide head and compare suction directly at the axial-bin hand unit. Strong body suction narrows the problem to the tube, nozzle inlet, roller, end caps, or powered contacts; weak body suction calls for the bin, cyclone mesh, pre-filter, and internal inlet to be cleared. A removable pack that will not charge should be reseated at both the vacuum and wall dock, then compared with the adapter after the roller turns freely.Compare suction at the axial-bin body with pickup through the wide head. Strong body suction isolates tube, nozzle, roller, ends, or contacts; weak body suction points to bin, mesh, pre-filter, and inlet. Check dock, adapter, and pack after drag is gone.
