Model issues and repair guidance

Because the narrow body has no powered floor roller, low pickup should stay on the direct air path. Empty and latch the tiny cup, clear the tapered nose, clean the filter, and inspect the cup seal before considering fan or motor work. A unit that does not charge should be seated squarely on the countertop stand while its metal contacts, stand lead, and outlet are checked. Short runtime with free airflow then separates battery condition from charging hardware. This direct-suction body has no floorhead drive to diagnose. Low pickup points to the nose, small cup, filter, and cup seal. No charge points to stand seating, contacts, lead, and outlet; short runtime after airflow service points to battery or charger.
