Model issues and repair guidance

Separate the motorized pet brush from the hand-vac body during diagnosis. If bare-inlet suction is normal, a non-turning tool calls for hair removal, roller-end inspection, throat clearing, and connection checks. If bare-inlet suction is weak, empty and latch the front cup, clear its flap, service the filter, and inspect seals and internal passages. For no-charge or short-run symptoms, clean the tabletop-stand contacts and verify the adapter before assessing the battery.Normal bare-inlet suction with a stalled pet tool isolates its roller, ends, throat, or connection. Weak bare suction points to front cup, flap, filter, seals, and passages. No charge points to stand contacts and adapter before battery work.
