Model issues and repair guidance
When the front soft roller turns but carpet pickup is poor, inspect the rear finned roller and the airway between the two chambers rather than treating the nozzle as one part. If both rollers stop, clear wrapped material and confirm that the wand, pod, and powered head are fully latched. Weak suction through the hose too shifts the diagnosis to the cup, filters, hose, and internal passages; a hot shutdown is evidence to find that restriction first.Treat the two roller chambers separately: one moving roller can hide a rear-roller or inter-roller blockage. If both stop, check debris and powered latches. Weak hose suction shifts the search to cup, filters, hose, and internal airflow.
