Model issues and repair guidance
For weak floor cleaning, remove the wand and test at the hand-vac inlet. Normal suction there keeps the search in the long wand, lower elbow, nozzle airway, roller, and powered-head contacts; weak suction there calls for the large cup, shroud, filters, and hand-unit passages. If power changes when the machine is carried or the cord flexes, stop using it and inspect the plug, cord jacket, strain relief, switch, and internal connection before evaluating the motor.Normal hand-inlet suction with poor floor pickup points to wand, elbow, nozzle, roller, or head contacts; weak hand-inlet suction points to cup, shroud, filters, and internal passages. Movement-related cutout makes the cord circuit the safety priority.
