Model issues and repair guidance
When one roller cleans and the other does not, open the two floorhead chambers and inspect the passage between them. If both rollers stop while suction remains at the hand body, check nozzle debris, the self-standing joint, wand seating, and powered contacts before replacing the head. Weak suction at the hand body instead calls for cup and filter service. A unit that dies while folding or steering needs the cord and articulated electrical path inspected before motor work.Inspect each roller chamber and the passage between them. Good hand-body suction with stopped rollers points to debris, folding joint, wand seating, or head contacts; weak hand-body suction points to cup and filters. Folding-related cutout adds cord and joint wiring.
