Model issues and repair guidance

Diagnose the hand unit, upright air path, and debris-transfer system as separate branches. If handheld suction is sound but floor cleaning is poor, inspect both rollers, the nozzle duct, and body connections. If pickup is restored yet debris will not leave the small cup, clear the transfer ports and main cup path rather than replacing the suction motor. No power still requires the cord, switch, and seated module contacts to be ruled out independently.Separate handheld suction, powered-floor pickup, and debris transfer. Good handheld suction isolates the rollers or nozzle; retained debris isolates transfer ports and the main cup path. Treat cord, switch, and module contacts as a separate no-power branch.
