Model issues and repair guidance
For pulsing or weak suction, remove the wand and compare pickup at the hand-unit inlet. Strong inlet suction directs the search down the folding wand and through both floorhead chambers; weak inlet suction calls for the cup, shroud, and filters. If only one roller turns, inspect that roller's chamber and end supports before replacing the complete head. A no-charge or short-run complaint comes last, after drag, clogs, wet filters, and contact seating are excluded.Compare hand-inlet suction with pickup through the folding wand and dual-roller head. Strong inlet suction isolates the lower path; weak inlet suction points to cup, shroud, and filters. Diagnose charging only after roller drag and clogs are cleared.
