Model issues and repair guidance

If the base runs but the small cup remains full, check its lower door and seals before opening the transfer airway, base bin, and base filters. Weak cleaning away from the base follows a different branch: compare pickup through the hand inlet, folding wand, and each chamber of the dual-roller head. A jam at one roller can coexist with normal suction at the other. Evaluate battery or charger faults only with both airflow and roller load returned to normal.A full onboard cup after emptying points to the cup door, seals, transfer airway, base bin, or filters. Weak cleaning away from the base points to the hand inlet, folding wand, and each dual-roller chamber before battery diagnosis.
