Model issues and repair guidance
If carpet pickup drops, first compare suction at the hose with pickup through the powered floorhead. Strong hose suction points toward packed debris around either roller, a blocked nozzle airway, or an incomplete wand-to-head connection; weak suction in both modes calls for the cup, filters, hose, and pod passages to be checked in that order. A roller that stays still after clearing needs its powered-head circuit examined before the main motor.Compare hose suction with floorhead pickup first. Floor-only loss directs attention to both rollers, the nozzle duct, and powered joints; loss in both paths directs attention to the cup, dry filters, hose, and pod airway before motor service.
