Model issues and repair guidance

With a straight wand and no emptying tower, a pulsing motor calls for opening the simple airflow path before battery parts are considered. Empty the horizontal cup, clean and fully dry the filters, then clear the hand inlet, wand, nozzle elbow, and roller chamber. If suction is strong at the hand unit but poor at the floor, the fault stays below the cup. If the unit will not run or charge after load is removed, move to adapter, contacts, battery, and switch checks.Open the cup-to-nozzle airflow path before judging the battery: cup, dry filters, hand inlet, straight wand, nozzle elbow, then roller. Strong hand-unit suction isolates the lower path; a dead unit afterward moves to adapter, contacts, battery, and switch.
