Model issues and repair guidance

Use lift-away mode to isolate this family before ordering floor parts. Strong suction at the detached hose with poor carpet pickup directs service to the lower duct, bristle roller, end caps, belt, and powered-nozzle connection; weak hose suction directs service to the cup, foam and felt filters, exhaust filter, wand, and hose. If the motor stopped after airflow faded, correct the restriction and allow the protective thermostat to reset before testing the electrical system.Lift-away hose suction separates the branches. Strong hose suction points to lower duct, brushroll, end caps, belt, or nozzle connection; weak hose suction points to cup, filters, wand, and hose. Correct airflow before retesting a heat stop.
