Model issues and repair guidance

Use the detachable pod to decide whether poor cleaning begins in the floor nozzle or farther upstream. Normal suction at the hose leaves the narrow brushroll head, lower airway, and belt-driven roller as the leading branch; weak hose suction calls for the dust cup, pre-motor filters, exhaust filter, wand, and hose to be checked. If the roller indicator changes after hair is removed, inspect the head drive before considering motor service.Normal hose suction narrows poor floor cleaning to the narrow nozzle, lower duct, brushroll, or belt drive. Weak suction at the hose moves upstream to the cup, filters, wand, and hose. Use the roller indicator only after the head is cleared.
