Model issues and repair guidance
The lift-away pod and dual-roller nozzle create two useful isolation points. Normal suction at the pod or hose with poor floor pickup keeps the repair in the soft front roller, rear roller, lower airway, neck, or powered connections. Weak suction before the nozzle calls for the cup, filters, hose, and pod passages to be cleared. If operation changes when the machine folds for storage, inspect the articulated joint and electrical seating before condemning the motor.Compare pod or hose suction with the dual-roller nozzle. Good upstream suction isolates either roller, the lower duct, neck, or head connections; weak upstream suction points to cup, filters, hose, and pod. Folding-related cutout adds the joint wiring.
