Model issues and repair guidance
Because the low dock charges but does not evacuate debris, do not apply self-empty checks to a full onboard bin. For wandering, circling, or missed zones, inspect LiDAR, cliff sensors, bumper travel, side-brush clearance, and both drive wheels before deleting the map. If movement is normal but pickup falls, service the multi-surface roller, inlet, bin, and filter. Failure to recharge then narrows to dock power, contact alignment, battery, or the charging circuit.The low dock only charges, so a full onboard bin is not an emptying fault. Route errors lead to LiDAR, cliff sensors, bumper, side brush, and wheels; pickup loss leads to roller, inlet, bin, and filter; recharge failure leads to dock contacts and battery.
