Model issues and repair guidance

If pickup differs by travel direction, first rule out a roller or nozzle restriction rather than assuming the response itself has failed. Test at the detached hand body, then clear the straight wand, lower duct, roller chamber, and end supports. Pulsing at the hand body brings the cup and fully dried filters into the branch. If the machine cuts out while reversing or steering, unplug it and inspect the cord, strain relief, swivel connection, switch, and powered-head circuit.Direction-related pickup still begins with the physical path: hand-body suction, wand, lower duct, roller chamber, and end supports. Pulsing at the body points to cup and filters. Steering-related cutout makes cord, swivel, switch, and head wiring priorities.
