Model issues and repair guidance
A bright debris light can reveal what remains on the floor, but it does not identify the failed part. Test suction at the detached hand body first: strong suction there shifts attention to the wand, nozzle elbow, self-cleaning roller, and powered joint; weak suction there shifts attention to the horizontal cup, filters, inlet, and seals. If the whole unit cuts out as it pivots, inspect the cord, strain relief, switch, and body connections separately from the floorhead.Use hand-body suction, not the debris light, to split the diagnosis. Strong suction isolates wand, nozzle elbow, roller, or powered joint; weak suction isolates cup, filters, inlet, and seals. Pivot-related cutout adds cord and body connections.
