Model issues and repair guidance

A changing floor-sensor response should be separated from an actual loss of suction. Check whether the machine pulls normally through the lifted hose; if it does, inspect the soft front roller, main roller, nozzle airway, and powered joints one section at a time. If hose suction is also weak, empty and seal the cup, service both filter stages, and clear the wand and hose. Sensor behavior comes after those mechanical airflow checks, not before them.Separate sensor response from suction loss by testing the lifted hose. Good hose suction points to either roller, the nozzle duct, or powered joints; weak hose suction points to the cup seal, filters, wand, and hose before sensor or motor work.
