Model issues and repair guidance
Test suction at the removable hose and at the neck behind the detachable head, then inspect bag seating and filters. A red or flashing brush lamp calls for carpet-load, height, roller, belt, swivel-neck conductors and head-motor checks while body suction is kept separate. For no power or cutouts, test cord, plug and switch before the motor.
