Model issues and repair guidance
Use the official parts path to separate bag dock, filters, hose, wand, cord reel, switch and motor. Its electric carpet head adds a roller belt, head motor and conductors through hose and wand; isolate body suction from that circuit before replacing either assembly.Separate bag dock, filters, hose, wand, reel, switch and motor; confirm the fitted C-series hose and head before brush or electrical work. Keep body airflow separate from the electric head, belt, motor and hose/wand conductors.
