Model issues and repair guidance

First determine whether the fitted floor tool is passive or driven by suction. On the turbine version, normal pull at the tube with a still brush directs service to the RUG lever, tool inlet, turbine chamber, roller ends, and internal drive; the passive head has no brush circuit. Weak pull on either version moves through the paper bag and electrostatic filter. A no-start check ends with the cord and switch after the airflow path is clear.Identify the passive or air-driven floor tool first. A still turbine with good tube suction points to its lever, inlet, chamber, roller ends, and drive; weak suction on either version moves to bag and filter. No start follows cord and switch.
