Model issues and repair guidance
Check whether the clamp-hook dust box closes squarely before treating weak pull as motor wear. Test at the body inlet, then add hose, tube, and floor brush; the first stage that reduces pull contains the restriction or leak. If body suction is low, service the filter cassette and inspect its frame, lid packing, and exhaust route. The passive tool has no belt or head motor, so electrical diagnosis stays with cord, switch, fan, and suction motor.Confirm the clamp-hook dust box closes evenly, then add hose, tube, and passive floor brush to body suction in sequence. Low body pull points to filter cassette, frame, lid packing, or exhaust. There is no brush drive; electrical work stays with cord, switch, fan, and motor.
