Model issues and repair guidance

Follow the manual's two-stage blockage check before replacing suction parts. Remove the hose cuff from the body inlet first; if it remains blocked, take off the bottom plate and separate the hose from the nozzle pipe, protecting the flexible wall while clearing it. Thread around the agitator requires roller cleaning with power disconnected. If weak pickup remains, inspect bag and filter seating; a dead motor then moves to cord, switch, protector, and motor leads.Remove the hose cuff at the body first; if blocked, open the bottom plate and separate hose from nozzle pipe before clearing it. Clean thread from the agitator with power off. Continued weak pickup moves to bag and filter; no start follows cord and switch path.
